［ご挨拶］
この度は当社HPをご覧いただきまして、誠に有難うございます。
まずは私の自己紹介をさせていただければと思います。
・幼少期は、よく近所でいたずらをしては母親が謝りにいくという
永遠ループが成立していたと聞いています・・・。
・小学校2年生からサッカーを始める。左ウイングでした。
お箸と鉛筆は右ですが、運動は左利きということもあり
重宝される。
（と思っていただけかもしれませんが・・・）
・中学校もサッカー部で部活に明け暮れる日々。
夜になると見えなくなるくらい日に焼けていたのが、
良い想い出です。
・高校は自宅から自転車で50分かけて通っており、よく田んぼで
休憩していたことだけは鮮明に覚えており、勉学には一切
手を付けなかった記憶も共に鮮明です。
・高校卒業後、農耕機器製造メーカーにて2年半勤務する。
主にベルトコンベアー作業をしておりました。
ブラジル・ベトナムの人達と一緒に楽しく働いていました。
・その後このままではいけないと急に思い立ち、両親に頭を下げ
予備校に通わせてもらう。
なぜか気合を入れるために丸坊主にした記憶もあります。
・半年間の予備校生活を終え、奇跡的に静岡大学へ進学。
・大学時代は静岡で海釣りやフットサル（やコンパ）などにはまり、
バイトもしつつ、学生らしい？生活をしておりました。
・そして幼い頃から住宅や間取りに大変興味がありましたので、
運よく住宅メーカーにご採用いただく。
・2009年に善光寺近くに小さな自宅を建てさせていただきました。
（土地も同時に購入しての形です）
・今では妻・子供3人＋金魚一匹の家族で楽しい毎日です。
・メーカーに20年勤務後、限られた中での仕事だけではなく
もっと大きな可能性があるのではないかと思い立ち、
あがたまち不動産株式会社を開業に至る。
開業に携わっていただいた方々には感謝しかありません。
現状としましては、
・予想通りにお客様の幅は大変広がり、仕事の可能性も相当大きな
広がりを感じております。
・毎日刺激的な生活を送らせていただいており、全ては
関わっていただいたお客様・ご協力業者様のおかげだと感じ
ている次第です。
以後は長野県をより安全に住みやすい街を形成していくために、
皆様の想いを形にしていけるようにと考えております。
気付けば人生で長野県での生活が一番長くなりました。
本当に住みやすく、私は善光寺が大好きで自宅も徒歩圏内に
位置しています。（約３００ｍです）
朝の4時から善光寺・城山近辺を走っているのは私です。
年間3,000ｋｍ～3,500ｋｍ走破を目指して日々走っています。
毎朝気合で起きております。
まずは、「自分にだけは負けないこと」
そして、「出来ない言い訳はしないこと」を
モットーとしております。
不動産については長年携わってきておりますし、もちろん住宅に
ついてもなんでもお聞きいただければと思います。
今であればどこかのメーカーに偏った話ではなく、フラットな
目線で建築業者さん比較もさせていただけますので、
是非お気軽にお申し付けください。

・Started playing soccer in second grade of elementary school.
It was a left winger.
I use chopsticks and a pencil on my right, but I exercise left-handed.

(Maybe that's what I was thinking...)
・Even in junior high school, he spends his days doing club activities
in the soccer club.
I was so tanned that I couldn't see it at night.
It's a good memory.
・I commute to high school by bicycle, which takes 50 minutes from my home, and I often spend time in rice fields.
I clearly remember that I was taking a break, and I didn't study at all.
The memory of not touching it is also vivid.
・After graduating from high school, worked for two and a half years
at an agricultural equipment manufacturer.
He mainly worked on conveyor belts.
I enjoyed working with people from Brazil and Vietnam.
・Then I suddenly realized that I couldn't continue like this,
so I bowed to my parents.
Let me attend a prep school.
For some reason, I remember having a shaved head to boost my spirits.
・After spending half a year at a cram school,
he miraculously entered Shizuoka University.
・During university, I was addicted to sea fishing
and futsal (and club) in Shizuoka.
Is it like being a student while also working part-time?
I was making a living.
・I have been very interested in houses and floor plans
since I was young, so We were lucky enough to be selected
by a housing manufacturer.
・In 2009, I built a small home near Zenkoji Temple.
(Land is also purchased at the same time)
・Nowadays, my life is fun with my wife, three children, and one goldfish.
・After working for a manufacturer for 20 years, I am not only working
within a limited environment.
It occurred to me that there might be even greater possibilities,

As of now,

・I lead an exciting life every day, and everything is

Before I knew it, I had lived in Nagano Prefecture
for the longest time in my life.
It's really easy to live in, I love Zenkoji Temple,
and my home is within walking distance.

I've been running around Zenkoji and Jyouyama since 4am.
I run every day with the aim of covering 3,000km to 3,500km a year.
I wake up every morning feeling motivated.
First of all, "Don't lose to yourself"
And, "Don't make excuses for what you can't do."
This is our belief.
I have been involved in real estate for many years,
and of course I am involved in housing.
